Public User | Viewing a Complaint

1. To view a complaint, you have to be first on your public user account.

2. Press on the Complaints tab from the menu.

3. Then press on the My Incidents tab from below in order to see your complaints or press on the All Incidents tab in order to see all complaints.

4. Then press on the View button from the Actions column of a complaint.

5. Here you can see the information only from that selected complaint. From here, you can either go back to the list by pressing the Back button or go to the edit section by pressing the Edit button.
